Пищевая промышленность – очень древняя отрасль. Почти все отрасли пищевой промышленности, особенно те, которые связаны со злаками и хлебом, мясом и мясными продуктами, рыбой и рыбными продуктами, были четко определены профессиональным объединением.
Пищевая промышленность развивалась благодаря опыту поколений.
