This essay contains information about the perspectives of tourism in Belarus. Also here is the information different types of tourism, different national parks, castles and other places of interest, which are the main places to visit in Belarus. Each person can find a suitable variant for himself.

INTRODUCTION
It is alleged that in many countries tourism has been taking a significant place among the most prioritized types of economic activities for a long time For some countries it is a traditional source of income. In modern culture tourism has been performing cultural and cognitive function as well, it has become an important element of dialogue between various social and ethnic groups. Tourism provides an opportunity to get acquainted with the cultural achievements of countries and nations, traditions of public and family life, holidays, national cuisine.
This abstract examines geographical position of Belarus which due to some historical reasons lies on the crossroads of trans-European corridors: East-West and Scandinavia - the Balkans. - provides preconditions for development of big tourist business here of the national and international levels.
It is established that the tourist resources of the country include not only rich unique natural potential, but also social and cultural objects, numerous real estate material historical and cultural value, which have been preserved till the present days, including famous monuments of history and architecture.
It goes without saying that there is a significant number of historical towns and cities located in the territory of Belarus - Polotsk. Novogrudok. Turov. Grodno. Nesvizh. etc. There are four national parks in the republic («Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Narochansky», «Pripyatsky- and «Braslav Lakes»). 97 reserves with seven of them having the international status, over 10,000 lakes and nearly 20.000 rivers. The unique site for water tourism was reconstructed, that is the Augustow Canal The World Heritage List by UNESCO includes 4 objects located in the territory of Belarus the castle complex «Mir» in the urban-type village Mir (Grodno region). architectural and cultural complex of the Radzivills' in the town of Nesvizh (Minsk region), the National park Belovezhskaya Pushcha and triangular points of Duga Struve.
PERSPECTIVES OF TOURISM IN BELARUS
It goes without saying that tourism is rather developed in Belarus. There many places of interest one can visit. We will study some of them and the types of tourism. We will show some interesting facts on the topic either.
Belarus has adopted the following programs spanning different spheres of economic endeavor and environment protection to create the conditions for the sustainable development of the tourism industry:
• National Sustainable Tourism Strategy;
• Regional strategy for the promotion of sustainable tourism development under a TACIS-funded project entitled “Regional Development and Environment Protection in the Neman Region";
• “Public Health” National Program;
• Territorial Organization Scheme of the Republic of Belarus;
• Project called “Long-term Program for the Regeneration of Historical Cities of the Republic of Belarus for a Period from 2002 to 2005”;
• 1997-2005 Roads of Belarus State Program; and
• State Policy Concept for the Protection of Environment for a Period of up to 2015.
It is known , the introduction of the sustainable development principles in the tourism industry is demand-driven. As the level of public environmental awareness is high, the ecological safety largely shapes the choice of destination and forms of holiday-making. This factor also feeds the growth of alternative kinds of tourism, namely ecological tourism.
Located in Eastern Europe, Belarus has one of the best green landscapes in the world. Yet, the country’s tourism potential has not been realized due to several factors ranging from inadequate transportation to lack of qualified personnel. According to World Tourism and Travel Council (2014), travel and tourism’s direct contribution to gross domestic product in Belarus is about $1.2 billion, a tiny share of 1.8% of total GDP. It is a well-known fact that the conditions for development of the united coordinated policy of the governmental bodies and commercial structures involved in advertising and information support activities to promote the national tourist product are created in Belarus. The opportunities of the Belarusian diplomatic and consular missions, trade representative offices are used as to disseminate information about tourist objects and routes of the Republic of Belarus.
It is certain that tourist activities in the territory of our country have been performed by 1.094 economic entities since September 1. 2015. The measures were taken as to form the structure of management of tourism: the Department of Tourism in the Ministry of Sports and Tourism was established, interdepartmental coordination tourism councils were established in regional executive committees and Minsk city executive committee. branches of the Republican Unitary Enterprise The National Agency for Tourism« were opened, etc. In 2015 there were 27 tourist areas formed in the country. Later as to make development of tourism more active the action plans of infrastructure development were approved of in all regions, in all 118 administrative districts of the country.
